Hei Vil brukte dere i forbindelse med weekendtur 2-6 mai. Vi er meget fornøyd! Sjåføren som hentet oss på flyplassen var en hyggelig og blid mann. Informasjonen vi fikk på vei til hotellet var helt topp, spesiellt at det ble vist en dvd om severdiget i Praha. Opplegget med guidet tur var også bra. A nice driver picked us up at the airport and took us safely to our hotel and told us about places we saw on the tour, and another nice driver picked us up at the hotel and drove ut safely to the airport. Vi vil bare si takk for deres hjelp for å realisere en ferie i Praha. Deres sjoføre var veldig flinke og meget behjelpelig med alt. Jeg vil sikkert anbefalle dere til våre venner.

For noen dager siden brukte vi deres transfertjeneste selskap for transport fra flyplass. På veien til sentrum av byen ble vi informert om aktiviteter og muligheter i Praha, hva skulle en unngå osv. Lukas, vår sjofør, sa oss på tilbakeveien til flyplassen at flyplassen ble stengt på grunn av en snø kalamitet. Han tok oss gratis til en lokal café for lunsj så at vi ikke behøvde å vente på flyplassen og han skaffet informasjon om gjenåpning av flyplassen. Det er normalt å avvente et komfortabel og pålitelig service, men deres tjeneste var absolutt eksepsjonell. Vi vil sikkert anbefalle dere.

Jeg vil gjerne skrive et takkbrev for enestående service forrige sønndag 31. desember. Til tross for at været var dårlig, vi hadde en tidligere landing enn planlagt. Likevel ventet vår sjofør for oss og tok oss til hotel Victoria. Under avgang ventet han for oss presis i tid på hotells resepsjon. Tusen takk.

Jeg ville takke spesielt for eksellent service. Det var virkelig en første klasse service. Sjoføren hentet oss ved ankomst på flyplassen og det foregikk perfekt. Den samme sjoføren brakte oss tilbake til flyplassen under avreise. Han ventet nøyaktig på riktig hotell - til tross for at vi hadde byttet hotellet. Jeg vil også si at det dere skriver om drosjebetalingen er sant. Jeg tok drosje seks ganger fra hotellet vårt til samme destinasjonen og betalte hver gang en annen pris. En gang til takker jeg for den enestående flyplass transfertjenesten.

Jeg vil gjerne gjøre en kort bemerkning om en eksellent transfertjeneste fra flyplass i Praha under vår forleden besøk der. Flyet var forsinket ved ankomst og vi også hadde noen problemer med bagasje, og det forårsaket at vi kom på stedet enda senere. Vi var overrasket at deres sjofør allikevel ventet på oss med et smil og tok oss til hotell. Lykke til og takk.

Mange takker for en eksellent transfertjeneste fra flyplass 28. august. Sjoføren ventet på oss på møtested i ankomsthall med en bukett rosa til trettiårs jubileum for vår bryllupp og overleverte buketten til min hustru, sånt som avtalt. På veien til sentrum av Praha ble vi gitt mange goe råd og anbefalinger. Begge to sjoføre var veldig ærbødige og hjelpsomme. Vi vil gjerne bruke deres service ved vår neste reise til Praha.

UK We used Prague Airport Transfers. On our journey into Prague, we were given really useful hints about what to do. On our return transfer, Lukas, our driver, told us the airport was closed because of snow. He constantly sought to find out more information and even took us to his local cafe so we could get some lunch rather that just dump us at the airport. When we arrived at the airport, he waited to make sure we did not need him to take us back into Prague. As well as the normal things to expect such as reliability, value and comfort, in our mind, this was exceptional service. I would definitely use this company again. Alan Gravett

I really must write and thank your company for the very good service you supplied when we arrived in Prague last Sunday the 31st of December. Our flight was early despite the terrible weather in England that day. Your driver was waiting for us and told us about Prague as he took us to our hotel Victoria. I booked a return taxi transfer for 4 persons from Prague Airport to Prague City centre a few days before arriving on 29th June 2006. The service provided by "Prague Airport Transfers" was absolutely first class. The driver was waiting for us at the Arrivals exit with my name very clearly visible on a large card. He was very courteous and carried all our luggage to the nearby taxi. During the transfer he pointed out various places of interest and on arrival carried our luggage into the hotel. The same driver arrived exactly on time at our hotel for the return transfer 3 days later and put our luggage on a trolley on arrival at Prague Airport Departures Terminal. We plan to return to Prague soon and will definitely use "Prague Airport Transfers" again. Highly recommended!, Graham Welch

Just had to get in contact and say what a first class service. Picked up from Airport and even though we had to change hotels, the car came for us at the right time. Just a note to thank you for your 1st class service. I travelled to Prague for 5 days on 23/11/06 and was very impressed by your company's service. Despite an initial mix up at Prague airport re-pick up this was quickly resolved. The driver Peter was courteous and efficient, and a great driver I may add. His English was also very good and his local knowledge was excellent. On return to Prague airport Peter was there right on time to welcome us despite me having to change my original pick up time by text to your office. Just wanted to send a quick note to thank you for the excellent service provided to us on our recent trip to Prague. We were delayed coming through the airport due to baggage problems but your driver waited patiently and was very welcoming when we finally appeared. He took us to where the car was waiting nearby and as we had our 2 year old with us had even brought a bag of toys to keep her occupied for the journey. Very thoughtful! This is just to say THANK YOU for the excellent, efficient shuttle service which we experienced when using your Prague Airport Transfer taxi service last week ( August 15th) The driver waited patiently for our arrival, and his car was spotlessly clean. He answered our questions about the city and his driving was exemplary. On leaving, the same driver was punctual and used his local knowledge to avoid heavy commuter traffic, taking us through parts of suburban Prague which we would not otherwise have seen. A driver was there waiting for us at Arrivals, with our name clearly visible. He was charming - took our cases to the nearby taxi - and in a short time we were at our Hotel, K.K.Fenix. Again, the same driver arrived very promptly to pick us up for our return journey, at the specified time. We are grateful to you for being so efficient and reliable. Wish to complement you on the service that you provide, we had two different drivers, Ing Libor Kapicka and his brother. They were both superb, pointed out places of interest that we passed and were interested in our experiences in Prague. If your other drivers are as good you will be very successful. If you can put on your website a feedback section I will be very happy to be the first to give you justified praise. One suggestion if you and your drivers are able to do it under local regulations, offer the customers from the airport a two or three hour trip to introduce them to Prague and provide them with a decent map. The ones we had were difficult to read but we did get one from checkpoint scale 1: 15000 that helped us to move about the city. The taxi driver Petr was waiting for us even though the flight had been delayed by 2 hours and then was at the Hotel as planned for our return to the airport.
